This week the education group met with a few executives who have a school named Hope Academy in India. They talked to us about how they are teaching students through projects and not just theory. It has proven to be successful as many of the students are doing much better in college than those who went to government schools. We were able ask them to hand out surveys to their students as they will be going to India in two weeks. This week we also had a meeting with the professor to talk about how we can improve the business model.  We talked about the importance of dashboards, something that we are currently working to implement into our product.

As a group we met to start working on the surveys that we can provide to the executives that we met on Tuesday, as they will be going to Vizag soon. This will provide us with data on how customers feel about our projects. We also started working and developing our on website platform and figuring out what exactly what to incorporate in it. Prior to working on our projects this week we asked ourselves questions about issues that our project has and tried to solve them. One of these issues that we talked about was how are companies going to manage to review student responses. The solution was that corporations could delegate employees to view small amount of videos.  This was something that IBM employees would be willing to do. Moving forward we will be connecting with large corporations here in the US and companies in Vizag, so that way we have a diverse set of corporations for customers. In addition, we finished our balanced scorecards that we feel will benefit us in the upcoming months to evaluate how our project is doing.
