We had our post-midterm presentation meeting this week with Professor
Darwin after class on Thursday. We got invaluable feedback from the
judges, and it was great to be able to discuss that with the
professor. One of the main points that he was hammering on was:
“what’s next?”. This galvanized our team to start organizing. We have
decided to take the “agile development” approach to instantiating and
executing on our idea. That is Russell will be doing the front-end
mobile application, while Ted will work on the backend, which will
allow a smooth flow of data to and from the user, and the city.
Furthermore the UX and UI are crucial to the success of our app, and
Mitchie is doing a great job on that, while Alex and Dmitri are had at
working making sure we have a rock solid business model, and a
sustainable plan of action going forward.
