This past week we met extensively to finalize our idea and presentation for the dress rehearsal on Thursday. We consolidated our slides down to 25 and included an appendices section to ensure that our presentation was not too lengthy. Additionally, one of our criticisms was how fast we were presenting and as a result, the consolidated presentation would allow us to speak in a more concise manner. Furthermore, we chose one of our engineers, Arshad, to be the capstone group member from our team.

Unfortunately, our presentation was a little longer than we hoped and we actually went overtime. This is something that we are going to address in the next coming week to make sure that we are within the 10-minute time limit. Furthermore, we have been speaking to corporations and building our partnerships to start including some real projects and profiles on the website. Additionally, we have created surveys that we have sent out to students in a higher education institute in Vizag to gauge their view on our product. We have also established a connection to the individuals running this institute so we can test our website with the students when it is complete. This coming week we are going to focus on completing the projects page and a mockup of a company’s page on the website. We will create another student’s profile to exemplify how another career path fits into our platform.
